Like so many, one of the great joys I find in travel is the discovery of new food. Experimenting with flavours, ingredients and recipes brings me great joy, as does seeing how this has intrinsic connection to a culture, and so often ties people more closely together. I like to try and share this passion through the medium of a well-equipped kitchen. I have always enjoyed baking, from when I was a little girl perched on a stool in my Grandmother’s kitchen watching her whip up sweet delights, but it was while living in Colombia that I discovered I could use my baking as a means to get by. Luna Limón was born in order to explore the regional, seasonal offerings through baking my wares using fresh, ecological ingredients.
Luna Limón can cater for small local businesses, such as cafés and restaurants, as well as private functions.
